Alex (David Hess) is a darkly sinister thug driving around New York City at night when he spots a young woman (Karoline Mardeck) driving alongside him. He follows the woman to a nearby park where he cuts her off, gets out of his car, and runs into hers where he throws her into the back seat and proceeds to savagely rape her before strangling her to death. He takes her locket as a trophy to another one of his many killings.

A pair of filmmakers try to work with Ruggero Deodato, “Cannibal Holocaust, Jungle Holocaust, House on the Edge of the Park, Cut and Run” to pull of a horror film based on realism. The producers family house, where the film is to be shot turns out to have it’s own secrets, hidden behind the walls. Secret chambers and ritualistic ceremonies invoking the spirit of Lilith. She who was cursed by God for not obeying Adam in the Garden of Eden. The women in the crew are possessed one, by one and their only salvation is thru death. Once unleashed, nothing can prepare you for LILITHS HELL!

In the middle of nowhere lives a crazed and disturbed inbred family, the Barleys.
When Donna Parker (Eleni Krimitsos) and her daughter Tabitha Parker (Jada Kline) stop for gas, little do they know what really goes on in Flexh, TX.
Once Tabitha disappears from the gas station, Donna summons the help of the local sheriff (Dale Denton) who is not all he is cracked up to be.
Donna becomes convinced that somehow this crazy town is connected. After she encounters Sugar Barley (Kathleen Benner) the local town prostitute, the hunt to find her daughter is on.
She must hope she does not come across the Barley house on the edge of town. No human should ever have to see what happens in the Barley house on Flesh, TX….pop.666
